⚬ After booking, you will receive an email with a voucher attached. Read the attachment carefully and log-in to your booking. You must download a voucher for each experience included in this pass. Further information will be shared with you after booking - it’s quick and easy! **Know before you go** ⚬ This pass is only available on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays ⚬ Guided walking tours depart on these days from 10:30am till 17:30pm ⚬ You can join and leave guided walking tours at any time during the operating hours. Either join your tour before or after your visit to Journey Behind the Falls – or both! ⚬ The city walking tour requires you to use your own mobile device and headphones at all times; further download instructions can be found on your voucher ⚬ Before visiting Journey Behind the Falls, collect your tickets from the Table Rock Welcome Centre (further information can be found on your voucher)
Cancellation Policy
The walking tour and Journey Behind the Falls is not refundable once the voucher has been issued. When you make a booking on-line you will receive and email soon after with instructions to download the Vox City App and you will receive a voucher for entrance to Journey Behind the Falls. Once that voucher has been issued we will be charged by Journey Behind the Falls so your ticket becomes non-refundable.
