You’ll enjoy the Pacific coastline while riding along the world famous Seawall of Vancouver. Additional Terms And Information

Please arrive at the bike shop 15-20 MINUTES PRIOR to your tour. The Tour departs promptly at the time indicated. Before embarking on our Stanley Park Bike Tour, we will adjust a bicycle for you, get you suited up with a helmet, and have you complete waivers. Parking is HARD TO FIND in this area. We recommend taking public transit or walking to meet us at Freedom Bikes. As we respect the time of all guests on our tour, late-comers will risk the tour leaving without them. There is no washroom for use at Freedom Bikes. Please bring water and a comfortable backpack. The bikes DO NOT have water bottle holders or baskets.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your tour by emailing guide@toonietours.ca or calling us at +1-778-244-8648. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Our Free Tours: While these tours are free, or booked for a small booking fee with groups bigger than 5 persons, we ask that you cancel before the tour start time so that we can increase our tour capacity for others to join. We have a 100% zero stress cancellation policy and offer customers 100% refunds if they need to cancel before the tour start time should their plans change. No-shows will not be refunded. Our Premium Paid Tours: We have a 100% zero stress cancellation policy and offer customers 100% refunds if they need to cancel before the tour start time should their plans change. No-shows will not be refunded. Our Private Tours: Cancellations need to be made 72hrs or more in advance of the tour start time. We reserve the right to keep 10% of your down payment for all cancellations. A 50% refund will be given with 48-72hrs notice, and no refund is possible with less than 48hrs notice. No-shows will not be refunded. Third-Party Tours & Experiences: We offer our customers a wider variety of tours & experiences with third-party partners. These tours & experiences are not provided by us, however, they have been chosen by your local tour guide based on their quality and value. If a cancellation or refund is requested, the third-party's corresponding policy will apply. For all our tours: Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
