Rules & Restrictions
1. All Children under 13 must wear a personal flotation device (PFD) at all times while boating. 2. Do NOT allow passengers to ride at bow of boat with feet overhanging. It is safest for everyone to remain seated inside the gated railings of the boat when it is underway with arms and legs inside the craft. 3. While the boat is moving everyone must remain seated. 4. All arms and legs must remain inside the boat while the boat is moving. 5. Do not let people try to stop the boat the with arms or legs, whether parking or otherwise. 6. If you are unsure or unfamiliar with the waterways go SLOW, 7. Remember, the slower you go the less damage you can cause. 8. No smoking on board. 9. Do not operate above 3⁄4 throttle for an extended time. This will save you gas too. 10. NO pets over 20 LBS.
Additional Terms And Information
8 Hours: 10am to 6pm 1-7 Days : Pick up between 7am and 9am *If you wish to leave later we can hold the boat for late departure with payment from listed pickup times. We require a valid credit card and driver’s licence in the renter’s name. For the fishing boats we recommend a cooler, your fishing license, your gear, some towels, sunscreen and some refreshments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made AT LEAST 7 days prior to Rental Period start date and you will be issued a full refund. Reservations cancelled inside 7 days will be provided a gift card to rebook when convenient. Date change requests are subject to availability.
