Cancellation Policy
The cancellation request must be sent by the client through email and quote the reservation number. 100% refund if clients cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance to boating time. 50% refund if clients cancel or reschedule during the period of 24-48 hours before boating time. No refund for cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before boating time.
